The Workstream import into CrunchTime and FranPOS runs at the top of each hour, so new hires can take up to an hour to appear after onboarding is finished.
If onboarding was completed more than an hour ago and the employee is still missing, ask what day it was completed.
During known Workstream issues, have the store or IT set the employee up manually in CrunchTime and FranPOS for now.
