If both the menu board and the window are not detecting cars, the likely cause is the SDAC cable between the timer and the loops.
Check that all cables at the timer are firmly plugged in.
If it still does not detect cars, call Acrelec support at 800-417-8234 to troubleshoot. If the cable needs replacing, that goes through the installer.
