All users with a runza.com email address should have a signature with the following format:
FirstName LastName
Title
Location
Location phone #
Cell phone # (optional)
If users do not have a signature in their email, we need to send a reminder to set this up, and send instructions to do so on both the mobile app and Outlook web app. Otherwise it can be difficult to know what location they are from. Additionally, for this reason (among others), we require them to use their runza.com email instead of their personal email for Runza-related purposes.
