Set up email signature on Outlook Web (updated for 365)

  1. Login to your email at https://outlook.office.com/
  2. Once logged in, click the settings icon at the top right:


  3. Select Account, then select Signatures.

  4. Click New signature and choose a name for it.
  5. Enter the signature you want to use in the box below.
    • Follow this template:
      Name
      Title
      Location Name
      Location Phone #

  6. Under Select default signatures, choose the signature you just created for both new messages and replies/forwards.

You now have your signatures set up for the Outlook web app!
