- Login to your email at https://outlook.office.com/
- Once logged in, click the settings icon at the top right:
- Select Compose and reply.
- In the Compose and reply section, click New signature and choose a name for it.
- Enter the signature you want to use in the box below.
- Follow this template:
Name
Title
Location Name
Location Phone #
- Follow this template:
- Under Select default signatures, choose the signature you just created for both new messages and replies/forwards.
- Click Save.
