Store Thermostat Lost Internet Connection

It may reconnect on its own if the thermostat is rebooted. (Pulling it off the mounting plate causes it to power off)


Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi:

 

  1. Hit menu on the top right
  2. Scroll down until you see Wi-Fi setup
  3. Click disconnect on the bottom.
  4. Click scan for Wi-Fi connections
  5. Click on RUNSEC for the Wi-Fi network
  6. Enter the password (contact IT Helpdesk if you don't have it) and hit connect.
  7. Click ok and go back to main screen.
