How to Remove Items on DoorDash/UE from your Otter Tablet

  • These instructions only apply if you have an Otter tablet. If you have a tablet provided by Door Dash, the steps may be different.
  • An example of when to use this feature: shake machine is broken. Be sure to search "shake" and 86 all items with "shake" in the name. Email helpdesk@runza.com to have those items removed from the Runza app. 
  • You can make them "unavailable indefinitely" if they need disabled for the foreseeable future, or make them "unavailable today" and the item will automatically be auto re-enabled the next morning.
