A: A receipt for an Uber Eats or DoorDash order will print as soon as the order is placed, even if the order is scheduled for hours later in the day.
Q: When does an order send back to the kitchen?
A: Seven minutes before a driver is set to arrive the order will send to the KDS
Q: Do I need to hit "ready for pickup" on my tablet?
A: You do not need to. It will not prevent a driver from picking up the order. It is good practice to mark it as ready so that it moves out of your "Active" orders and into "Completed" on the tablet
