Unload a Gift Card

The PAX Toolkit application on your office computer contains an Unload Giftcard feature that will determine the balance of a card and redeem all available funds back to your location. 

This is useful to deactivate a card that may have been improperly or accidently loaded.

1. Open the PAX Toolkit Application

2. Highlight a PAX terminal not currently in use 
   • The "Color" value assigned to each terminal is displayed on the advertising images in the lower left corner.
   • I.E.- "Blue=192.168.10.52" would be:
3. Click "Unload Giftcard"
   • If the option is grayed out, you have not selected a terminal to use.
4. Enter the Gift Card Number and Press OK
