If you have a customer that wants to scan their app, we recommend asking: “Which reward would you like to redeem today?”


Their scan will not connect to the register if they have any rewards selected or a payment method added. You could ask them:


“Could you please remove the reward and/or payment method from this screen and I will apply it on the register”


Make sure the customer's name appears here on the register:
