Steps

Outlook App

1. Download and install the Outlook app from the following links:
   • Android
   • iOS
2. Open the app and select Add account.
3. If asked to add pre-existing accounts, you can click Skip These Accounts, or press continue if you wish to add those accounts as well.
4. Type in your @runza.com email address. and tap Continue.
5. Enter your password, continue, then enter the Authenticator code if prompted. If you are signing into a CSS email or a shared "Team" email (i.e. storename.team@runza.com), you can find the code from the Protecc app on your store's office computer. This is only needed one time to log in.
6. Don't forget to set up your email signature!
