Small Catering Trailer Setup

Equipment

The trailer comes equipped with:

• (1) Wi-Fi Router
• (1) POS Printer
• (1) POS Tablet

The Store must supply:

• (1) PAX Terminal
• (1) Cellular Modem or Smartphone with Hotspot Feature
• (1) Receipt Paper Roll

Setup

1. Setup Internet
   1. If using a smartphone hotspot for internet -- Scan the QR code on the Hotspot Bridge or click here to setup.
   2. If using a Cellular Modem -- power on the modem and connect it to ETH1 on the Wi-Fi Router.
2. Sign in to the FranPOS App under your store location.
3. Setup Credit Cards.
   1. Power on your PAX terminal and connect it to the ethernet cable attached to the Wi-Fi Router.
   2. Open the Settings > Devices > Payment Terminal menu in the FranPOS App.
   3. Press the "Scan Network" button and wait for the IP address to update.
   4. Press Test Connection to ensure "Connection Established".
   5. Press Save.
4. Connect Printer
   1. Open the Settings > Devices >Printers Menu.
   2. If "EPSON TM-M30II" is not listed, press the ↻ button to search for the printer.

Teardown

1. Close Drawer (Print Z Report) and Manually Sync FranPOS
2. Sign Out and Log Out of FranPOS App
3. Manually Close PAX Terminal Batch
   1. Hold the Blue key down and press 1.
   2. Enter 7724629 and press the Green Button.
   3. Touch Host Settings
   4. Enter 7724629 and press the Green Button.
   5. Touch the Down Arrow
   6. Touch Batch Close
   7. Touch BATCH ALL
   8. Touch TSYS
   9. When batch close completes, press the Red Button a few times to return to the home screen.
4. Power Off Tablet
