Powering on

The TVs will turn on/off on a timer controlled by RN. Your TVs may be controlled by a light switch, so if this light switch is turned off, the TVs will not power on until you turn this switch on.

There will be 2-3 Samsung remotes left at the store in case you need to manually power on/off a TV.

Cleaning

Screen cleaners leave quite the smear, so we recommend you use a microfiber carbon cloth. These have been provided by RN (contact helpdesk@runza.com if you don't have any).


Get the cloth slightly damp to clean, then use a dry cloth to polish and buff away any streaks.

Images

RN will maintain what images display on your digital menu boards. This includes 3 menu prints, one rotating promo tv, one static LTO TV, and one poster TV (referred to as DSB)

If you have a special request, for example a school fundraiser, please email marketing 1-2 weeks in advance so they can create a graphic. This can then be scheduled to display on one of your TVs during the fundraiser.

If you see menu prints that don't have prices on them, contact the helpdesk ASAP. This is the generic/default image that is set on the 3 TVs that display the menu. The promo TVs will show the Runza Variety and Spicy Jack images only if nothing is scheduled.
