Very important that the digital TVs are on their own electrical circuit that cannot be controlled via a light switch. These need to receive constant power in order for the timers to work correctly.
We typically run one ethernet cable to the left/1st TV and plug into the "LAN IN" port, then run a separate cable from the "LAN OUT" port on the 1st TV to the "LAN IN" port on the 2nd TV.
Steps must be followed in order to ensure the timers work correctly
Factory Reset TV first - important to do this in order to wipe out any software/hidden stuff that Howard has on the TV
Steps to factory reset: turn off the TV, press MUTE, 1, 8, 2, Power On. Options > Factory Reset > Factory Reset. Power TV back on and setup.
After initial TV setup (orientation, date/time network, etc.):
- Settings > On Screen Display > Message Display
- Source info OFF
- Settings > System > Power Control
- Auto Power On ON
- Max Power Saving OFF
- Settings > System > Fan Settings
- Fan Control Auto
- Outdoor Mode ON

- DST ON
